When I was still into cross stitching, I was able to combine two craft projects by creating a star origami after I used up the thread in my needle. As soon as I finished my cross stitch, I was also able to fill a big bottle of these little stars.
Creating these stars were difficult at first, the idea of turning a strip of paper into three-dimensional stars was a bit tricky, but once you get the hang of it, it's quite addictive. The strip of papers I bought from a craft shop in the mall. The bottle where I placed the stars is in our bathroom, serving as a decoration near the soaps and other toiletries.
There were many colors, but for this picture, I chose several blacks and one red, just to show a contrast.

My R T is posted now, she's a "Lady in Red" today.....
Have a great Tuesday.
I don't know that I could ever create an origami that didn't just look like a wad of paper. Great job and very nice Ruby Tuesday composition.
My daughter was big into making stars like that. I think she made over 500...had a huge jar of them. They're so cute.
