When Heaven Kissed the Earth

Another picture during my trip to Coron, Palawan. Day 2 of our trip, we decided to take the trek to Mt. Tapyas, and even if rains hindered us to do it early that day, we still took the time to do it. Although there was a stairway to the summit (700+ steps), it was still a very difficult climb, especially for the heavyweight me.

Two-thirds of the way, I just couldn't push myself to do one more step. My legs were burning and shaking, that I told my friends to just continue without me. Good thing there were sheds along the way, so I just told myself I will just be contented with the steps I had made. The little stop over made me stop and view the world in a much different perspective, and as I moved my sight, I saw this. I cannot say if it was clouds or merely just fog, but the sight of the heavens kissing the earth was really an overwhelming sight for me - it felt as if the heavens have came down to tell me I did a good job.

Well, after 5 or so minutes of looking at the view, I decided to continue and I did reach the summit. It was definitely a sweet feat.

Yes yes yes, I like this on a lot :-) the fog and the mountains, the green colour. Reminds me so much of my own country Norway.

Nice weekend
