Quezon Memorial Circle


Isang taon bago ang kuhang ito, hindi ka makakakita ng ganito karaming tao. Huling bisita ko dito, kahit ang parke ay pampubliko, kakaunti lamang ang bumibisita. Ngayon, maraming tao na ang nag-eenjoy dahil sa mga bagong atraksyon, gaya ng playground para sa mga bata, at isang maliit na theme park para sa buong pamilya.

{A year before I took this, one couldn't see that much people. The last I visited the place, there weren't much people, even if the park was open to public. Now, many people are enjoying the park - thanks to its new attraction, like the children's playground and the mini theme park for the whole family.}

Pinaka-popular na atraksyon marahil ang fountain na ito na sumasayaw sa saliw ng musika. Napakaraming tao (lalo pag weekends) ang gustong masilayan ang fountain, at talaga namang lumalapit pa para makita ng maayos. Kami ng kaibigan kong si Halie ay minarapat na maupo sa medyo kalayuan, para makita ng buo ang fountain at ang monumento ni dating pangulong Quezon, na ngayon ay nagpapalit-palit na rin ng kulay pagsapit ng gabi.

{The most popular attraction I guess would be this fountain, which dances to the music. So many people (especially on weekends) flock to this area to watch the fountain, some of them even go as near as I could to watch it up-close. My friend Halie and I decided to just sit at a bench from afar, so we can see both the fountain and the Quezon monument, which also changes in color as night time comes.}
