This dessert is called "Hinubarang Turon na Mangga at Buko," literally meaning "Undressed Mango and Coconut Spring Rolls," more of a deconstructed dessert spring rolls dish. This dish was one of those part of the Culinary Festival held in SM Iloilo last November. K and I were quite at the right place at the right time, making me able to take pictures of the foods.
This picture is SOOC... I didn't bother changing any of its setting, as I already liked how they plated the dish. I just hope the dish was as delicious as it looked like, sadly it was just for display. :( If you want to see more pictures from the event, please click HERE.
